Shipping & Payment Conditions

Where do we deliver?

We deliver your order to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Spain. In addition to the delivery of your order to your home, we also offer you the option of having your order delivered to a company address.

What shipping options are offered?

We offer you the following shipping options: Germany: DHL Standard and DHL Express. All other EU countries: DHL International and DHL Express International.

How much does shipping cost?

The standard shipping costs within Germany are 5.90 euros per order and 9.99 euros per express order. For all other EU countries, the standard shipping costs are 9.99 euros per order and the express shipping costs are 14.99 euros per order.

When can I expect my order to be deliverd?

The delivery period for standard shipping in Germany is 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed. Express orders are delivered within 1-2 business days. The delivery period for standard shipping to other european countries is 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Express orders are delivered in 2-5 business days. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. RIANI cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays in delivery that are beyond our control.

Which payment methods are offered on RIANI.com?

The following payment methods are available to you in the RIANI online shop:

  • Invoice
  • VISA credit card
  • MASTERCARD credit card
  • PayPal
  • Instant bank transfer

Invoice
The bank details required to transfer the invoice amount and the reason for payment will be sent to you by e-mail after the order process. Please pay the invoice amount within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Credit Card:
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. Your credit card will be charged when the order is finalised. 

PayPal:
After placing your order, you will be forwarded to the PayPal payment page. There you can make the payment via your PayPal account. The invoice amount will then be debited directly from your account.

Instant bank transfer: 
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the Sofort payment page. There you can directly enter your online banking account details and complete the order (provided your bank has authorised this). Your account will be debited directly with the invoice amount due.

Are you unable to see a specific payment method? 

To protect against fraud and to ensure security, we reserve the right to temporarily exclude certain payment methods, in particular purchase on invoice. If a certain payment method is currently not available, you will automatically be offered another available payment method.
